TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

By enrolling in any MOSSGOD Credit Membership package, you (“Member”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. This agreement constitutes a binding 36-month membership commitment.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

MOSSGOD Credit Membership is a product-based wellness membership program that provides Members with monthly access to MOSSGOD products in exchange for fixed monthly payments.

This program is:

  • Not a bank-issued credit card
  • Not a loan
  • Not cash-equivalent
  • Not transferable

The MOSSGOD Virtual Credit Line may only be used to obtain eligible products on Mossgod.com

2. MEMBERSHIP TIERS & PAYMENT TERMS

Starter Package

  • $100 per month for 36 months
  • Total Commitment: $3,600
  • Monthly Product Allocation: 3 Seamoss Gel Jars (includes free herb/flavor)

Growth Package

  • $120 per month for 36 months
  • Total Commitment: $4,320
  • Monthly Product Allocation:
     – Option 1: 3 Soursop Seamoss Gels
     – Option 2: Seamoss Capsules + Super Green Capsules + Colonia Cleanse Capsules

Elite Package

  • $200 per month for 36 months
  • Total Commitment: $7,200
  • Monthly Product Allocation:
     – Option 1: 6 Seamoss Gel Jars
     – Option 2: 3 Seamoss Gel Jars + Capsules Bundle

3. MOSSGOD VIRTUAL CREDIT LINE

The MOSSGOD Virtual Credit Line:

  • Represents the total value of the 36-month membership
  • Is unlocked and applied monthly
  • Covers monthly product fulfillment only
  • Has no cash value
  • Cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash

Unused monthly allocations do not roll over unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. BILLING & AUTHORIZATION

By enrolling, the Member authorizes MOSSGOD to:

  • Automatically charge the payment method on file every 30 days
  • Continue billing for the full 36-month term
  • Retry failed payments
  • Pause shipments and credit access if payment fails

The Member is responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information.

5. MISSED PAYMENTS & DEFAULT

If a payment is missed:

  • Shipments and credit access may be paused
  • Membership remains active but restricted
  • Continued non-payment may result in termination
  • Any remaining balance may become immediately due

MOSSGOD reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances.

6. CANCELLATION & EARLY TERMINATION

This is a 36-month commitment.

If the Member cancels early:

  • Past payments are non-refundable
  • Remaining balance may be due
  • Access to the Virtual Credit Line ends immediately

No refunds are provided for partially completed months or unused product allocations.

7. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

  • Products ship according to MOSSGOD’s fulfillment schedule
  • Shipping timelines may vary
  • Delays do not constitute a breach of this agreement
  • MOSSGOD is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the Member

8. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

By enrolling, the Member agrees to:

  • Contact MOSSGOD support before filing disputes
  • Not file chargebacks for authorized membership payments
  • Acknowledge this is a long-term membership agreement

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and loss of remaining product access.

9. CREDIT REPORTING (CURRENT & FUTURE)

At launch, payments are tracked internally for membership standing.
Eligible payment history may be reported through third-party partners in the future. Reporting is not guaranteed, and MOSSGOD does not promise credit score increases.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MOSSGOD is not liable for:

  • Personal wellness outcomes
  • Individual product reactions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All products are provided “as is.”

11. MODIFICATIONS

MOSSGOD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions with notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your State.
